I found all of these guys on my backporch. It's times like these when I wish I had a nice macro lens!

Canoes

I saw a bunch of canoes stacked up beside eachother while I was on a walk this weekend. It's fun to crop them in a way that you sort of can't tell what you're looking at.

Roses

On Friday, there was a fatal accident involving a motorcycle down the road from where I live. A young guy named Mark Wynnyk lost his life. I walked down to the site of the accident the next day and saw these roses. They had been placed in a crack of the pavement in the spot where Mark's bike was outlined.

Tree Shadow

This was taken from the front of my house just as the sun was coming up. I rotated the image 180º just to make it a little confusing to look at.

Carnival

The Carnival was in town last week, so I took my tripod down there and took some long-exposures. I shot mostly at low-ISO and small aperture so I was able to leave the shutter open for a second or so.
