the colors are just unbelievable. what kind tree is it?

I suspect it is the photographer who is good here. That first shot is spectacular. No wonder autumn is my favorite time of year (though I have no trees near me that look like this!)
These two pictures are exactly like paintings, and I enjoy these colours at the moment. How autumn seems being far !
